「念」和「背」

中文把"读"分得很细。

念课文。           Read the text out loud.
背单词。           Memorize vocabulary.
念叨他。           Keep talking about him.

"learn by heart" —— 地道

I learned the poem by heart.

字面"学到心里去" —— 就是"背下来"。比 memorize 文艺点。
